Question for anyone who uses the Giovanni Leave in: does it leave your frizzy if you don't use a curl definer/frizz reducer? My hair seems to be really lacking in definition and frizz control opposed to KKKT.

No new news on my hair but I did twist my neices hair for the first time. The family loved it, but I think I can do better. It took about two hours which isn't bad considering she's two and I had to fight her the whole way. What do you think?

How do you wash your hair with twists in? I cannot wash my hair with twists. They end up fuzzy at the roots and I really want my twists to last two weeks.

Love your styles. I have been using Giovanni leave in for over a year now and it doesn't cause frizz for the first few days after doing two strand twists.

Hi there, welcome to CS!

Love your styles! I especially liked the twisted pin up, too cute.

When I cleanse with twists, I do one of two things. Section hair in six sections and apply cleanser to scalp. Another way is to spray cleanser onto hair using a spray bottle. The stream of cleanser can get directly on the scalp. You could apply bands or clips from tip to root to prevent too much shrinkage. I've also put on a wave cap after cleansing and conditioning to help the roots lay flat. HTH
