Virgin Coconut Oil v. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Everyone always talks about extra virgin coconut oil for their hair. So when I went to the store today, I was looking for extra virgin coconut oil. But I could only find virgin coconut oil, in the brand I wanted (Spectrum). There was an extra virgin coconut oil but it was a bit too expensive. Especially for my just trying it out. But the coconut oil I did buy says pure, organic and unrefined on the label. So I would guess that it is just as good as extra virgin coconut oil. No?
