she was a little dry today. So when I got home from the park..I gave her some TLC and she is twisted up. I will probably keep them in for a few days...who knows. I am just enjoying my time off!

Don't you just love the feeling that comes from knowing your hair is banging? I find that good hair days can really help to put an extra spring in your step!

I did a twistout after an old wash n go myself and it came out really great. Let's hope it survived the night! Lol.

Hello Curlfriends,

I have to tell you I absolutely LOVE the versatility of natural hair. It has been raining like cats & dogs and I was bored..so I decided to do some small twists on Sasha. Those of you that have watched Sasha grow up knows how curly she is. Well she proved it to me in no uncertain terms. I started twisting on dry hair. I added my all time favorite Koils by Nature butter and the twist would not stay straight. I added clips and uhm NO!! the twist were curling the way they wanted to with the clip on! hahahahaha so I said eff it! I stopped fighting her and I truly love the end results. I have curly mini twist..that wasn't what I planned, but I will take it! It took me 3 hours! Check it out!

I said it before and I will say it again. I am so in love with Sasha right now!!!

I changed the title to clarify. I didn't twist out. I just took the med sized twists and made them smaller and Sasha being who she is, just curled up like that.
