Ok! After looking at alot of natural bloggers I was very nervous to do something like this. But I said what the hick I don't know these people and they might never see me so who cares. LOL!
My journey started November 2008. I didn't do the big chop because I am the kind of person that needs hair and can't go without it. Then finally I start seeing the weird pattern in my hair the natural curly look which is new grow than all these strands. I said the hick with this and I cut it down in July of this year 2009. I am still learning about products and what way to do my hair.
I love this journey because I can be different everyday. Not the same old straight style or worry about paying this outrageous money to go to the beauty shop. An of course I know you'll hate waiting to get your hair done and staying under that hot dryer. I hate it! Glad I am done with that.

Ok! I am slowly getting my photos loaded up. Here is my hot mess photo. Nothing in my hair this day really shy. Again I said I love hair so I will be making comments as I post my photos. lol

The curly nikki crew is like family LOL!!! A lot of ladies are saying the same thing about time spent at the salon, you are not alone!!! Welcome!

The learning process can be fun. Once you figure out the ingredients that work well in your hair, the sky is the limit.
I like you also like the versatility of naturally curly hair.
