When my hair was shorter and I did twist outs to avoid frizzing it out I would put the pads of my finger on my scalp and move them about like I was giving myself a scalp massage. This would help to cover up the parts without manipulating the ends of my hair, thus avoiding frizz. I hope that makes sense.

Your curls look great, nice and defined!!! Everybody seems to be having great results with the WnG......it still scares me, so I'm gonna stick with my twists for now. newcurlieque - Page 2 Icon_biggrin

Hey newcQ! Loved the results with the sheamoisture. I used that to do my hair also but got scared and added gel. This weekend I might try it with just the curl smoothie. Love that color too!

Thanks so much, trust me I was scared too lol cause I had to come to work and wasn't sure what the outcome would be but it surpised me. I normally do experiments on the weekend when I have time to fix it if needed lol.

Hey lady!! We are very different complexions but I ADORE your hair color?!! Did you get it done professionally? Do you know what color was used? Or is that your natural hair color?

Thank u!!!! I actually did it myself (to save $). I bought it at a local beauty supply store, Clairol Texture and Tones, but I can't remember the color name, I just know it was a auburn coppery color.

So last weekend I took the plunge and did finger coils using Koils By Nature Herbal Soothing Gel. It took about 2 hours to do. Man did they look fly!!!!! I got the most amazing results. I took pics but when I went to load the to the computer they got deleted from the memory card so that was a booger!!! Evil or Very Mad
But if you don't have KBN you better get some cause it's the bizzness! I'm in the in store product challenge but I cheated to use the KBN and I'm glad I did. The coil out lasted 5 days. It would have lasted longer but I missed my wng so I washed it out with giovanni tea tree triple tingle shampoo or whatever it's called. I may do them again and I will def post pics.
