I actually decided to treat my hair better and washed my hair after going 3 weeks without washing. After washing I DC'd with Nature's Gate Herbal conditioner mixed with honey and olive oil. My hair felt moisturized afterward. I used an herbal ACV rinse after I was done. I tried something new. I applied my leave in Giovanni Smooth as Silk and then applied Donna Marie's Miracurl Gelly. My hair was much curler but it was a little crunchy. I applied some coconut oil on it this morning and it was still damp. I'll probably trim my hair again this weekend. I am really trying to get rid of these heat damaged/colored ends. They are splitting and knotting like none other. Oh and my hair is still in twists. I think I'll keep them in for another week and then wear a twist out for a week. I'll see how I feel.

I finally took my twists out and sported a twist out for today. I lightly spritzed my hair with my tea mixture to soften it and loosen the curls a little.

I wore my hair in some updo for today. Not really anything exciting. I'm going to an Indian store tomorrow to stock up on some henna and alma powder. I'm excited and plan on doing a henna treatment this weekend KiNkYnEsT's HaIr JoUrNaL Icon_biggrin
