Re: LaToya28
I think that would be a great idea! It's always good to look back and assess your progress.
Re: LaToya28
Good morning all! I have found the perfect combination of styling products for my hair. I don't get the white residue and my hair is shiny and moisturized--CareFreeCurl Gold Instant Activator and Ecostyler Olive oil gel! I don't know why I didn't just try some jherri curl juice in the beginning. It works wonders for natural hair.
I love the curl definition I get with this combo. I'm a little upset about spending all that money on KCCC. It does define the curls, but it tends to make the hair crunchy and makes a white residue. In the next couple pics I used a little bit of KCKT, some oil, and KCCC. I'm not sure if you can tell, but it looks white.
But I like the way it looked after it dried. It was crunchy though.
Maybe I should try the CareFreeCurl with the KCCC...I don't know. It may end up on the swap forum. Ecostyler is much cheaper and works well with other products.
Well today is wash and dc day! I'll report back later with my results. I'm using Shescentit Jojoba hemp conditioning shampoo and Komaza care Olive moisture mask.

Girl, the juice is really working for me and many other ladies. I joined a jherri curl juice challenge on LHCF...LOL. You can find Ecostyler at Sally or CVS, but I got mine in a swap. It's good stuff!

I was *ttthhhhiiiiiissssss* close to buying some care free gold curl activator stuff yesterday. But I wasn't sure cause my mom said she use to use it and when it would get humid it would "drip". I can't be having that lol.

You can pretty much use it with anything, I think. Just play around with it and you'll figure out what works best for your hair. It might work well with the KCKT. Let me know how you like it.

Thanks lady! As long as you don't use too much I don't think the CFC will drip. LOL It's a great moisturizer for me. It just might be what you need to get rid of that dryness.

Aw man! I'm sorry about that Rosebud. Now I feel bad for recommending it to you. Did you use it on freshly washed hair? What other product did you use with it?

Rosebud,
Dont give up on Ecostyler so fast. You have to try products several ways before moving on to the next one. Trying using less, try using it with another product, try using in a spray bottle......
You will break the bank only trying a product once.
Hope this helps.
