CN "Pin-ups" Challenge

So here it is ladies...

Challenge! (as Bill Cosby would say)

I know that the warmer months are here (or approaching in some areas), but we still want to protect our hair (and be cute of course ).

I challenge you to pin your hair (M-F) for 6 weeks (April 19-May 28th). I'm interested in seeing what I can do style-wise and how protecting my hair will make my "summer" hair flourish. How about you?

That's funny. Bholmes just started a twist challenge for the same weeks.

I totally am!!! Is there a way to merge our 2 posts together since it's the same challenge??

Since ntcm says pin-up how about you just run both and have hers for "twisted and pined" and bholmes "just for twists"? [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] because im thinking about attempting to twist but i have nothing to pin lol. Also if you do it this way, you would already have hairstyles in two categories: twists and pinned twists

Oh ok I see your point Cherry ... sounds good to me!!! NTCM your challenge is to keep the twists pinned up. Mine is just to keep it twisted. I think that will work!

NTCM is there a minimum of days per week u need to be pinned up? will there be allowances for down days for special occasions and the such?

I am thinking about it!! I am doing so good on challenges this year!!

I think 5 days Monday through Friday and the weekend is a free for all, but if you have a speciall occasion during the week I don't think we'll hunt you down for wearing it out.

Yes, some type of updo where you hair isn't just out and exposed. You my not have the length to pin it "up" but maybe you can pin the sides or the back.

I'd love to see how much creativity we can have with the style and get more ideas for work too.
